Since 1952, we have been a resource for prescribers. If you have a question, we are happy to help you. Our twelve pharmacists with over 200 years of experience have come from many different practice settings. This provides a breadth of knowledge for our prescribers to utilize. We have pharmacist experience in the following areas: sterile and traditional compounding; geriatric care; pediatric care; disease state management; pain management; immunizations; and nutritionals and supplements.

You may e-script us or call us, 24/7, even when our retail store is closed. Just follow the prescriber prompts on our IVR system when you call. Your message will be given top priority as soon as we re-open.

When a patient needs a hard-to-find medication, remember we keep a large and varied inventory. Our traditional and sterile compounding labs are on-site. We make items to your specifications and can deliver them right to your patient’s door. What could be more convenient?

We are also your partner in medication management issues. If you have a patient who presents with medication challenges, let us help you. We perform documented Drug Utilization Review when appropriate or as needed. We will also work with you to monitor compliance pertaining to treatment plans.

For Dentists & Oral Surgeons

When a toothache strikes, it may not happen before 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you need to prescribe emergency or post-treatment medication, remember we are open seven days a week.

If your patient cannot tolerate a particular dosage form or if a particular medication is not commercially available, we can compound a solution to suit the situation.

For Veterinarians

At Perrone Pharmacy, we make veterinary compounds to suit even the most finicky of pet’s taste buds. After all, medication doesn’t do any good unless it is consumed. If, for any reason, the animal will not take the compounded medication, we will re-formulate the flavor a second time, at no charge.

And don’t forget to ask us about our proprietary “Triple Fish” flavoring for cats. It is drop dead smelly but very effective!
