Our Standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, have limited mobility, or have cognitive or learning disabilities.

What We’ve Done

To support accessibility, we have:

• Designed our site to work with screen readers, keyboard navigation, and browser zoom
• Added text descriptions to meaningful images
• Used color contrast and font sizes chosen for readability
• Structured pages with clear headings and labels so they are easier to navigate

We review our site regularly and make improvements as we add new content and features.

Known Limitations

Some content may not yet fully meet our standard. Some features are provided by outside vendors, including our online prescription refill portal, embedded Google Maps, and links to our Facebook page. We work with these partners to encourage accessibility, but we don’t control their content.
